2. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver to all districts of Bangladesh, including:

• Inside Dhaka City

• Outside Dhaka (All Districts & Upazilas)

If your location is remote or outside courier service coverage, we’ll contact you for alternative arrangements.

3. Delivery Time

• Inside Dhaka: 1–3 business days

• Outside Dhaka: 3–7 business days

Note: Delivery time may vary due to courier delays, weather, or unexpected circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

• Inside Dhaka: ৳60

• Outside Dhaka: ৳120
  Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery service across Bangladesh.
Customers must pay the total amount (including delivery fee) at the time of delivery.

6. Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 24 hours after confirmation.

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email.

7. Delivery Partners

We work with reliable courier services such as:
Pathao, RedX, Steadfast, and Sundarban Courier to ensure safe and fast delivery.

8. Delayed or Failed Delivery

If delivery is delayed or unsuccessful due to:

• Incorrect address or phone number, or

• The customer being unavailable,

we will attempt redelivery once. If it fails again, the order will be canceled and a return fee may apply.
