We accept returns or exchanges within 3 days of receiving your order, provided that:

3. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

Innerwear, lingerie, or undergarments (for hygiene reasons).

4. Return Process
To start a return, please contact us at support@comfortsbd.com or through our Facebook page within 3 days of delivery.
We will guide you through the return process and provide the return address.
Note: You must cover the delivery cost for returning the product unless it was a mistake from our end (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
5. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will:

Approve your refund if the item meets the criteria.

Issue a refund via the original payment method (bKash, Nagad, card, or cash on delivery).
Refunds typically take 3–7 business days to process.
6. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
We will replace the item or issue a full refund (including shipping cost).
7. Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting our support team.
Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
